Issue importing a draw

A draw doesn't import, here is how to find out why

To trigger the import of a draw, the Pay Application's status in Procore must be set to "Approved". Once that has been completed, Vertical attempts to pull the draw into the platform, from Procore.

Note: An import should take only a minute but in rare circumstances it can take several minutes.

If an error occurs it will appear under "Import" in the project tabs.

To get detailed information on the issue click the '>' on the right side of the error.

The issue will be detailed in the following screen to help you resolve it in Procore

Once resolved, in Procore, follow these steps to re-trigger the import:

  1. In Procore, change the Pay Application from "Approved" to "Draft". Save.

  2. In Procore, change the Pay Application back to "Approved". Save.

    These steps will re-trigger the draw in Vertical.
